I don't really write the reviews, but for this time I do. I really like PHI Academy. I myself graduated from that academy. All the products are of very high quality and I really enjoy working with their products, but World Beauty Connect has the worst customer service ever: they don't send the right products, they forget something at all, the phone is given, but within a year the time to call no one answers. The dont answer the phone, I placed my order and they haven't provided shipping information. They charge $13.00 for shipping and haven't received my order and no response from them 😡
