Our 2 year old granddaughter loves her school. The teachers are excellent and the campus is spacious, safe and clean. They also have special family events that grandparents are welcome to attend.Plus our granddaughter loves the food and snacks which are included. The other parents rave about their experience with administration and staff and are very happy to have a warm, nurturing and caring educational experience.
My experience working under this manager was deeply disappointing. They created a hostile and discriminatory work environment where people of color and minority employees were treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. There was clear bias in how opportunities, recognition, and disciplinary actions were handled. When concerns about discrimination were raised, they were dismissed or met with retaliation instead of being taken seriously. It became clear that this manager lacked both cultural awareness and basic respect f... read more
My son started in the 2 year classroom at the end of September. Upon enrollment I informed the assistant director that he was being tested for possibly being on the autism spectrum and was currently not verbal. I was assured that his classroom would have 2 teachers and that the staff was capable of handling his special needs. Unfortunately that was not the case. My son was never made to be apart of the class. They never put his pictures up like rest of the kids. Every single day we were being accosted by the director about b... read more
Went there yesterday trying to find a place for daughter and received horrid treatment of prejudice and racism for being male and a minority. They tried to be sneaky and took a picture of without my consent. Worst experience ever.do not know I they treated everyone before the same ?not sure if it is the norm of how things work there.people just said nothing about the extremely bad behavior or just went with it.do not know how they expect more business with that horrid behavior. I will never dream of giving this place ... read more
Formal Complaint Regarding Serious Health and Safety Concerns at Dixon KinderCare, I am writing to formally document and express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding my grandson's experience with Dixon KinderCare, which raises serious questions about the facility’s operational integrity, commitment to child safety, and overall hygiene practices. Prior to his first day of attendance, my daughter's account was prematurely charged without explanation or justification. While this was concerning, it pales in comparison... read more
I wish to thank all of the teachers at KinderCare, my grandson absolutely loves it. It is a wonderful experience for him and I can fell confident that when I drop him off he is in good hands with the staff.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare! My 3-year-old son absolutely loves coming here every day, and as a parent, that peace of mind is priceless. The teachers are so patient, caring, and genuinely treat him like their own. One of the things I love most is how they constantly keep me updated on his day—whether it’s sharing little notes about what he’s learning, sending pictures of him playing and smiling, or letting me know about milestones and funny moments. Those updates truly brighten my day and give me... read more
Knowledge Beginnings in Woodbury terrible fit for minorities. I was contacted after hours by Krista, who informed me that my son would not be able to attend daycare due to staffing shortages. However, I later discovered that this information was not accurate the classroom remained open, and other children were in attendance. This misrepresentation is extremely troubling and raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. The fact that my son was excluded under false pretenses suggests discriminatory practices, whic... read more
Mr. Jaylen is truly a gift to our children. Every day in his class is like a new adventure — filled with laughter, creativity, and discoveries. The children are not just “kept busy” — they are inspired, encouraged to be curious, and excited to learn. They are always engaged in something exciting — whether it’s imaginative play, dancing, or hands-on experiments. They explore colors through painting, make playdough, create volcanoes, and even mix and bake pancakes under his guidance. Each day includes yoga or a morning worko... read more
