Nelson is great and is really nice, the problem is that when he is on vacation the rest of the employees seem to not care as much. I had asked for help assessing some issues with my car that I took to the dealership which was offering a warranty replacement. Excellent mechanics who extend themselves to get your car fixed as soon as you call. A good mechanic who is reliable and quick is important. You never know when your car needs to be fixed so having a mechanic like World Auto Service is fantastic.
