Place is AWFUL!!!! I used to go to world Auto parts which is now parts authority. This is my first time being there as parts authority. I purchased two rotors two calipers and pads. Maybe 11:00 on a Saturday. At about 2:30 I'm finishing up my install. They gave me the wrong size pads. I call them and tell them, the guy Bob remembered me. I said when do you close? he said 3:00.
