I hate writing bad reviews but have to warn others as i depend on reviews myself for services just like you do...i gave them 2 months to make it right but no returned call or text. Literally the worst install job on 2 of 3 windows i had done at same time. Windshield could be pushed out with a finger and side window on my van is not sealed at all on the top. Water pours in and ruined the carpet. They also broke all clips on door panel and wont respond to calls or texts after 2 months of trying to get this fixed under their "l... read more

Awful faulty work. After a few weeks, the weather stripping pealed away and was starting to leak. I called, asked them about there "Lifetime warranty on workmanship", and he said that's a part, and it costs $80. I said wait, you are going to charge me to replace a part? It's was 3 weeks, and its coming off the window, that's a workmanship issue, not a part issue. He refused to fix his mistake, and basically I need to have the job redone. Money completely wasted on a repair that needs redoing.
I got a quote for replacing a front windshield. The window was installed and I noticed that a plastic frame around my window was warped. I asked the installer and he claimed it was already like that... which is not true. Then I presented a $10 coupon I obtained from their own website and the owner himself, Josh, refused to honor it! I told him that I was going to write a bad review because of the poor work and even worse customer service. Then he tells me he will honor the coupon but will not give me a lifetime warranty!
