Having purchased at least 15 cars from dealers in our lifetimes, this was the WORST experience that we have ever had. The salesman, Alex, made promises that he didn’t keep; the general manager, Mugresh, has a quick temper, and broke promises as well, and now, three months after the sale we still have not received a full-size spare and rim that were part of the original negotiations for the truck. If zero stars was an option, that's what they would get. Drove a truck off the lot and immediately began having issues. Took it in and had it looked at. Several months later, the truck died on the way home from work. Drove it to the service department where it sat without being looked at for over a week. Was never updated, can't get anyone to answer the call, or give me any information about the truck. I dont even give it one star. These people agreed on me making my down payment in increments and trying to get me into the dealership to sign and then stuck with a vehicle loan with out letting me take the vehicle. Put numerous hard inquiries on my credit all for nothing.

Bought a vehicle from world auto Chevy got half way home and the engine suffered a catastrophic failure, been texting/calling everyday for the past month and still havent got anywhere with it, this is the most difficult people I have ever dealt with in all my life, now having to get a lawyer involved to make them do what was promised to me when the vehicle was purchased,

They do everything illegal they make up your income to try to get approval and than they show you fake payments by making the monthly payment higher added unneeded products these people have the worst reputation in ******* and ***** you will meet save yourself the hassle and go to a better dealer

My husband and I purchased a 2017 ****** Tundra back on 3/28/22. We Live in SC, but my husband works in **, and liked the truck so traded his old truck in for an upgrade. When it got close to the 30 day **** I stated trying to get tags for the truck.
