I just wanted to say a big thank you to this firm for doing such a great job getting my old mom to her doctor's appts. Drivers are always very kind and welcoming, and they're always right on time, so she never misses an appointment. Thanks for the awesome service!

I had an appointment with a transportation service for my father's doctor visit. They were supposed to pick him up at 7:00 AM, but no one showed up, and they did not answer the phone either. As a result, he was unable to attend his doctor's appointment due to this unreliable company. They are charging Medicaid without providing the service.
Had a terrible experience with this place. They were extremely unreliable and didn’t show up. Communication was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
