All I can say is if your getting any dental work done by this group is that EVERYTHING is in writing & if you don’t agree with it make them rewrite it till it’s correct. As for my personal experience with Dr. Guze & Mr. Mark Sivers it was devastating. I have repeatedly written and asked for my dental records with no response. Personally choose another business your mouth & teeth are too important!
