i wouldnt bother with Work Ventures as staff said they couldnt do anything when i bought a desktop computer from here. After using it 2 years it wouldnt start so they fixed it again with the cost of repairs being quite a bit. I took it home but due to being a carer for a disabled sibling the next time I got to use it was 2 years later again and it wouldnt start again. Staff said it was out of warranty. They say they are charity but dont have any as they told me I had to take it somewhere else to get fixed even though I am on... read more
I received a laptop through them from the Smith family,had to send it back two times as the screen didn't work,then the battery went flat withing 30 seconds,so sent if back for the second time,and somehow it's lost and they can't find it,I've been calling every week to resolve this as my son need a laptop before high school in 4 weeks,and nobody can answer my questions,just keep telling me they will speak to there supervisor,no one calls me back,terrible
