Way too many hoops to jump through to redeem, no merchant list, no one available to assist. I've had cards for a year with no way to redeem. Do not use this company.
Really disappointed with Workstrides. This company is utilized by my employer for employee rewards. Redeemed rewards (instant) are supposed to be received within 24 hours of redeeming. Normally this works fine. I just reached out to customer service because it has been more than 24 hours and I haven't received the gift card yet and was told it may be 3 - 5 days before they can figure it out....
