The hotel is listed with 4 stars on Booking.com and the location is great - really in the center of Chicago. But I think 4 stars is clearly exaggerated. My room was basically clean, but the furniture was worn and has already seen its best days. Black hair (from the previous guest?) in my bed and a dirty looking carpet are not exactly inviting. Excelente ubicación, habitaciones de tamaño correcto. El personal es amable pero hay que recordar que hagan la habitación. Salvo esto, muy recomendable. Buen detalle los dispensadores de agua y botellas en las plantas y las cápsulas de café en la habitación (no las dejaron todas las noches que estuvimos).
