Location is really good. Service and room quality is very poor. Housekeeping only cleans rooms and provides new towels once every 3 days, and I did not have soap, body wash, or a hair dryer. The carpet is very old and dirty. Customer service is very difficult to reach by phone. I also did not receive an e-receipt, and am still having to jump through a bunch of hoops to get one.
Note: all statements below are a matter of subjective experience and personal opinion. This is an overpriced 2-star hotel pretending to be a 4-star while lacking all essential amenities one expects from a luxury hotel. You are essentially paying 4-star hotel money for a fancy Motel 6. Localização é bem na região central ( central loop ), perto de tudo, com estação de trem para as linhas azuis e vermelha praticamente do lado, o hotel é antigo e sem frescuras no quarto (ficamos no mais simples), o nosso tinha micro-ondas o que fez a gente economizar muito com refeições, café da manhã e lanches da tarde. Dava de pegar no Whole Foods as alimentações desejadas e esquentar.
