Rooms were a bit small, but otherwise a good experience.

Location is really good. Service and room quality is very poor. Housekeeping only cleans rooms and provides new towels once every 3 days, and I did not have soap, body wash, or a hair dryer. The carpet is very old and dirty. Customer service is very difficult to reach by phone. I also did not receive an e-receipt, and am still having to jump through a bunch of hoops to get one.
