Great prices and with service like Jim provides I would love to come back and shop here. So glad I stopped in while waiting on pizza. Just how God works found some yard lights for the wife. Jim was very courteous and went way out his way to make sure I was satisfied customer with product Thanks again.
Great tool store , shop their Everytime I'm in Gatlinburg , 2 or 3 times a year....love this store
If I could give less than 1 star I would! Due to "Steve" the store manager we as locals will not be back. "STEVE" wanted to argue over a price sticker and then informed us that he would argue with any customer he wants too. This is a sad company practice if they allow their store managers to argue and yell at a customer. Due to his actions the purchases we started to get were left sitting and the transaction cancelled.
