Always been a fan of Michael Beckman's culinary creativity. Had visitors from NYC and brought them to workshop for dinner. Drinks were wonderful. Now the food! The food was Stellar!! Polenta was beyond expectation. Octopus carpaccio was amazing. The duck was outstanding as well as several other dishes we ordered. Did I mention we had to order another polenta??
Michael and his team hit one out of the park with this fantastic farm to table concept in our valley. The food was fantastic, the service superb, and the architecture was worth a visit by itself alone. Well done, bravo
