I've been trying to get replacement parts for 2 weeks, I emailed them about 2 weeks ago, no response, I called them yesterday at 8:30 am and left a voicemail asking for them to call me back and told them the parts I needed replaced, no response. Their flipover disc worked how advertised, but bearing caps broke with rough ground and vibration. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if I could just replace them. I don't think a reply should be this hard.
