This place gets it right. The energy is real, not forced, and the staff actually knows how to make you feel like you belong instead of just another transaction. That balance between hype and genuine hospitality is rare, and they hit it dead on. Amy sets the tone. Friendly without being fake, engaging without overdoing it. She makes the whole experience feel natural. I walked in as a customer and left feeling like I’d been there a hundred times. That’s how it’s supposed to be done.
