I honestly at first was truly concerned for my experience as the place is in a dark gloomy shared space with other small businesses. However, the minute you walk into Worksafe you are greeted by a smiling very friendly receptionist. After checking in you can sit down in the waiting area chairs (very comfortable as I am a bigger guy).
