Marlon and team came initially for a snake cam inspection due to sewer stoppage under the crawlspace and found major cast iron pipe under the house was severely corroded and leaking in the crawlspace. A whole section of cast iron pipe was taken out and replaced with modern ABS piping. However down the line there was clay pipe that was also flooded. George and Will from the Works Plumbing team really saved our day by fixing multiple gas leaks in our house’s pipelines, otherwise we will have no hot water, heating or cooking. They came in early in the morning, worked all the way through 3PM without lunch, in order to replace the main gas pipe. And afterwards, they stayed late to wait for PG&E to finish test, turn gas back on, as well as doublecheck all the appliances are working properly. Their effort is really above and beyond. I’ve never worked with better people today. I thought I had two problems, but it turned out. I had three thanks to them finding it. My house is not gonna come down because of rotted foundation from a leak. They were great. They worked with me on pricing and did a fantastic job and even went an extra mile or two to help me. I definitely recommend them and now I have a service that I will always use They even put WD-40 on my front door Wonderful service wonderful people
