Marlon and team came initially for a snake cam inspection due to sewer stoppage under the crawlspace and found major cast iron pipe under the house was severely corroded and leaking in the crawlspace. A whole section of cast iron pipe was taken out and replaced with modern ABS piping. However down the line there was clay pipe that was also flooded.
