My name is Nancy and I was given a kitchen sink disposal for my birthday (don't worry it was upon my request). Works Plumbing sent technician, Jovan. He was kind, courteous and thorough. I had used Works Plumbing last winter for some major plumbing and this experience was as positive as that one. The disposal it self proved to be challenging (a brand I would not recommend), but the service was stellar. Person arrived promptly, completed the assessment, and did a professional estimate. Also made it clear that it was an electrical issue and not plumbing primarily.
Great job by the technician to fix the toilet issue we had in the house. He was punctual and polite, job well done. It’s a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion.
