careful, if u cancel an appointment they will literally SUE u for $185 cancelation fee. as a business owner myself, i can’t imagine being in a situation so dire that i had to sue my clients for missing appointments. I could never do that to people. i could understand a $50 or even half price cancelation fee. but to SUE someone for almost $200 for them doing nothing??? i will no longer be recommending them to anyone.
SCAM BEWARE!!! First they never set my first appointment so I sat around waiting. After 30 min I called and to rectify it they promised appt 2 would be free. 2cnd appt, they got the paperwork wrong and I had to fill it out again (For my wife) Since the paperwork was wrong they charged me a cancellation for appt 1 which they screwed up to begin with refusing to give the free appt to my wife, who this whole thing was for! Unprofessional, unapologetic, in a word SCAM!!!!
