I work in Baltimore city, I called when I was on my way ,The receptionist told me they take the last person at 4 o’clock my job is 20 minutes from their facility in moderate traffic, there was an accident on the highway , I got to workpro at 4:06 and was turned away, event hough I informed the front desk person that it was an accident on the highway they didn’t even consider that or consider taking me ; ( I was still in uniform) instead told me about another location which was 10 -15 minutes away. I want to send a huge thank you to the staff at Pivot Occupational Health located in Elkridge Maryland. With special thanks to Bobbie who went above and beyond to assist me and my Mom. I recently had open heart surgery and currently wheelchair bound as I recover. Bobbie was extremely helpful and I am pleased to have been under her care. Thank you all for such a lovely experience at your facilities!

Bobbi at the elkrdige, Md location did an excellent job had to get blood work advised her I’m not a fan of needles she made it as quick and painless as possible she is a phenomenal employee at this location, ans treated me very professionally!
