I provided services as a contractor for them I'm expecting compensation and I don't think I will receive it nobody answers the phone they don't respond to messages Very worried

Outsourced to India. Poor communication & poor customer service. The people in NC do very little to help with much and the ones in India are pretty much useless.

I scheduled an initial consultation through my work EAP, and waited at my phone for my 5pm call. Call is silenced by carrier marked as potential spam and does not come through/sent directly to missed calls, two attempts were made at 5:05. No voicemail was left to let me know who the unknown number was. I attempted to call back and it sounds like “workplace auctions” because the audio recording is quite fuzzy and hard to understand. WPO is a complete MESS. The expectations are very intricate, lengthy and convoluted for $15.87 an hour in 2024. This rate has been unchanged since at least 2017. Pay rate does not match the amount of work required and expected. This is not a career.
