It’s a good basic gym that I can go to when I’m in a hurry or don’t have time to run up to Sarasota for a larger gym with more equipment. The equipment is mostly matrix, which is pretty decent stuff for the most part. It is pretty bare bones and doesn’t offer many options, so if I piece of equipment doesn’t fit your body then you just kind of have to make it work as they don’t have two of anything really. Been in fitness and gyms my whole life and I have to say that I am disappointed in the female staff at this gym. They always are MIA talking amongst themselves in the office or seem really bothered if you ask for help. I’ve also noticed they are super rude to male clientele. Disappointed is all.

The staff were great, very helpful they had no problems getting us in even though we forgot our members card. Plenty of space and great equipment. Had fun workout and great time in Venice.

This has to be the best gym out there. I joined but was not knowledgeable on how to use the equipment. So I asked and ended up signing up for 3 months personal trainer. Kami was so nice and worked hard on getting all my pain to go away. I had some medical issues that stopped me from being able to continue to go for awhile. She would text me to check up on me. I have been a member here for a month and it has not disappointed. Well kept equipment including treadmills, dumbbells, a squat rack, flat bench and incline bench, ellipticals, treadmills, stair climbers, bikes, and weight machines.
