Never could cancel my membership because no one would ever make there self available for such things so I had to cancel my card after multiple times calling to cancel they continue to rack up a bill on you and then several years later as I am dealing with now a random collections by this company. I look forward to seeing yall in court for this.

Tried cancelling my membership 4 months ago. I was told that it had to be cancelled at the local branch in Summerville. I went to that location only to be told that no one was ever at the front desk . (Owner just quit running location) Stopped by multiple times and called and was never able to reach anyone. How do you cancel when no one works at the location and no one will call you back?
