Ethan at workout anytime is phenomenal, he greets everyone come in also has learned my routine when I come in he sets the tanning bed for me. He goes above and beyond for others and it's truly appreciated. He needs a raise management
Horrible management and work practices. Called many times and left messages to cancel membership for me and girlfriend. No one returned calls. Went down there to cancel both memberships. They sent hers to collections, i guess they forgot to cancel. They also wanted me to leave a 5 star review in order to get a tee shirt. After i did they didnt have my size. Obviously i changed the review.
Great but why is it always so hot there? Is AC not existent? Unfair to have people work out in 80 degree temperatures. Has a horrible moldy smell too
the guys at the front desk this morning came out & helped me while my car wouldn’t start in the 100° heat . i’m very thankful they came to help & just wanted to say thanks again . very nice people working there :)
