I love this gym, but the atmosphere in the parking lot is getting out of hand. It’s dangerous at night (there’s been a shooting); and I’ve had to drive to other WA gyms because of the loiterers at the door. ETA (2/5/26): While not my main WA gym anymore, I’ve stopped by a few times to workout, and I’m impressed. I’m not sure what’s changed, but it feels safer again to workout at night.

I been coming to this gym for a couple of years now I usually go to the gym in the morning but my work schedule has changed so now I go at night. But at night it is so many young men hanging out right there at the vape shop right next to the gym it’s ridiculous and unsafe I want to keep my membership but at night I don’t feel safe there. I hope Clayton County can do better because it’s clear what they are doing right there on the corner. But overall the gym is clean and nice!!!

Nice gym. They have just about everything you need for bodybuilding and/or general fitness. The space is a little small, so be mindful and courteous of other lifters. Changing rooms and showers are clean and well maintained. I would recommend this gym.
