Nice gym. They have just about everything you need for bodybuilding and/or general fitness. The space is a little small, so be mindful and courteous of other lifters. Changing rooms and showers are clean and well maintained. I would recommend this gym.

I love this gym, but the atmosphere in the parking lot is getting out of hand. It’s dangerous at night (there’s been a shooting); and I’ve had to drive to other WA gyms because of the loiterers at the door.

Horrible experience. Signed up for the free trial for a week. I went there around 6 pm and no staff to be found. I called the phone 3 times only to get no answer. Doors were locked at 6 pm why? Not sure because staff hours are from 9 AM - 8 PM. I asked some gym members who were going in if they knew of staff was here and they said “the staff is almost never here even during staff hours , they work when they feel like it” Horrible expierence was thinking of switching full time here but now I’m taking my money elsewhere.
