I bought the monthly membership along with six months of personal training. After my third month of personal training, my trainer left the gym and the other trainer that I wanted to work with, was unable to accommodate my hours. I called and attempted to cancel my last month of personal training due to not being able to use it and they refused.
Best gym ever! This gym is always spotless — the staff are constantly cleaning, and the locker rooms are pristine every time I visit. The team here is incredible: they’re friendly, approachable, and always willing to help or answer any questions. A special shout-out to the manager, Cody — he goes above and beyond to make sure members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. The gym staff is absolutely amazing. They are always super encouraging, making sure people are comfortable and always keeping the gym in the best shape it can possibly be in!
