In 2030 FastTrack you learn the basics, it's very structured eating, you getting your body into a high health state and bringing your hormones back to a level of homeostasis. It only takes a couple days just start to see results in a couple weeks to notice health benefits so it's happening very quickly.
I canceled my month to month membership, had the account go to collections anyways, sent an email to contact the owner to no avail. Stay far away.
Really excited to start going to the gym, however every time I went I felt out of place I felt judged and like I didn't fit in, maybe I looked weird, I don't know. After a few months I decided I would cancel my membership and look else where! And I did! Come to find out they have been charging me this entire time even though I had cancelled. $186 dollars later I'm still waiting for something to be done! This gym is more than adequate to get a good work out. It really does need a sauna, but for the money .....the location.....it works.
It's a grate gym all new stuff got pretty much everything u need really nice people working there only has 85 pound dumbbells need bigger ones of those has hammer strength stuff for alot of stuff Hydera bed for a massage is really amazing stand up and lay down tanning beds
Awesome facility. They have everything I need! The group training is great. They use heart rate monitors where I can see how hard I am training, which is great for me. They also have nutrition plans and monthly challenges. I am down 8lbs!
Great location, very clean, plenty of parking. Lots of equipment and very friendly staff.
Change in management a few months back, which sent this place down the toilet. The problems start upon entrance, if the front door even works. The card scanner to enter and exit the gym doesn't work and hasn't for a while now. You have to rely on someone to let you in when attendants aren't on duty. Visited the gym today, the same 3 broken treadmills are still broken after 3 months. They REFUSE to run the AC. It's like a sauna in there. It's 90 degrees outside and they have the doors closed with the heat and sweat festering ... read more
This place is a rip-off. They pressure you into signing a contract prior to reading it and "summarizing" it w/o giving you full disclosure, so as a result they charge you more on your card and then states that it is in their right since it is in your contract. For instance, with the personal trainer, they claim they charge $200 for 8 sessions, that's it. However, if you miss a month because of some health issues, they charge you another $200 for that month....this is just a personal trainer that you see for 30-45 min, 8 time... read more
