Another great Workout anytime :-) pretty tight but flows very nice, and with everything your fitness heart desires. Pump on my friends, PowPow out Workout then go cool off in the springs or the other way around. Have fun 🤩

Nice gym. Nice equipment. The two girls that work there are very obnoxious when filming videos. It is very distracting and annoying when you are trying to Workout. And one of the girls sits in the office with the lights off. How weird.

Love this place. Very welcoming staff. You could eat off the floor. No matter what time I go, it's spotless. They are constantly vacuuming, wiping down the machines, cleaning mirrors, and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. They keep an ample supply of wipes throughout and numerous stations with spray and cloths. Also, every age group works out there so it's truly a gym for the community. I really enjoy coming to this location! Even though the other one is technically closer, I still make the 1-hour round trip because it’s quiet, not too crowded, it’s clean in there, i think the atmosphere is great. The front desk ladies are always so kind and welcoming, it makes a big difference!
