Love this place. Very welcoming staff. You could eat off the floor. No matter what time I go, it's spotless. They are constantly vacuuming, wiping down the machines, cleaning mirrors, and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. They keep an ample supply of wipes throughout and numerous stations with spray and cloths. Also, every age group works out there so it's truly a gym for the community. I really enjoy coming to this location! Even though the other one is technically closer, I still make the 1-hour round trip because it’s quiet, not too crowded, it’s clean in there, i think the atmosphere is great. The front desk ladies are always so kind and welcoming, it makes a big difference!

Not a gym a social club from staff to members 1/30 is really there to work out and change their ways and life. Worst gym ever take the drive somewhere else it's worth. Staff makes fun of the hard workers thinking everybody has ear buds in. Not aware some are excellent listeners and lip readers. People I have lost over 130 lbs in the last two years. Great little gym. Has a nice selection of equipment you typically find in much larger gyms.
