The management here is very helpful and tries to help any questions that arise. When equipment breaks, they make every attempt to get it repaired and up as soon as possible. It's a great place for a good solid workout and even seasoned lifters can benefit. I have a few issues that can be improved. There are a few pieces of equipment that have been removed by members and need replacing- close grip row for 1. I have been training there for some time What I like the most is the flexibility of schedule, the place is clean and pleasant, as a recommendation it would be good to include some leg machines such as the hack squat, hip thrust, sometimes the pulley machines when they break they take a long time to repair them

I canceled my membership by phone twice after experiencing a serious health issue that resulted in multiple hospital visits. Both times, I was told the cancellation was handled and I had nothing further to worry about. I later found out it was never processed and I continued to be charged. I have since spoken with the regional manager and provided the dates and times of both calls so they can review their records and recorded calls. The people that work here are genuinely very professional and helpful. The gym is well lit and reasonably clean for a busy location. I have a few issues that can be improved. There are a few pieces of equipment that have been removed by members and need replacing- close grip row for 1.
