Edit: I was contacted by management after some time and we were able to resolve this issue. Moving up to three stars for the effort. I couldn’t be more furious with this place. At firs I made an account for my wife and myself. After a few months my card expired and I gave them my new info and asked them to cancel my membership and leave just my wife’s.
