Haven't worked out in about four months. My Wife and I are very excited about getting back at it. We chose the right gym. Toleen at the front Desk is such a nice Young Lady. Derrick (Manager) called Us to check on us and the Owner was super awesome when We met Him. Give this Gym a try.
This is a no frills clean well equipped smaller gym that is a awesome alternative to the bougie places like Lifetime. Great mix of machines, free weights, treadmills and ellipticals, and throw in some tanning booths and other extras. Same goes for for gym crowd, young, old, really old (like me), people who are there to workout and not goof around. This gym is amazing and very comfortable, the staff are nice and toleen was awesome!
