A Good Local Gym A great selection of cardio equipment. The weight machines are great as well, but they could do with doubling those up a bit more. It is a small space, but they do make it work well. Everyone is very nice and its a comfortable atmosphere.

Convenient and well equipped The staff is friendly and helpful to those of us who sometimes need a little extra help or advice on best equipment to use. They are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, which is great for those who work odd hours.

R-U-N DON'T WALK AWAY! R-U-N!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH SHADY MANAGERS AND PERSONAL TRAINERS....RUN! There is nothing more discussing as people who run shady businesses. If you are brave and sign a contract then you better not try to cancel it. Even within the cancellation time frame. They will not let you cancel. They will lie, cheat, and steal your money!

Lacking Customer Service Rip Off My credit card was canceled and reissued due to fraud. It happen to be the same card my membership was billing on. The gym promptly sent me a bill for $115. Exactly how does a $15/month fee become $115. The gym couldn't help at all, I had to call the billing company who required proof of fraud before taking my money again and still wanted to charge late charges. Absolutely worthless when it comes to listening to or helping the customer! I'll take my money elsewhere.
