The whole staff was very friendly and caring.

Kiera is Rude at the desk. Said she’s having a hard time doing her job and can’t multitask. Bad attitude no great said hello and she just had a face.
Waited 3 1/2 hours til I was seen. I was there when the doors opened at 8, my name was misspelled. The check in took too long and still had to sign papers that I was told I didn't and the doctor finally saw me at 11 and said I was supposed to sign papers and he had no voice. Waited another 30 mins for someone to get me to do a TB test. Worst experience ever!
Concentra was perfect. Everyone from the front desk staff to the woman conducting my test were extremely professional and explained everything well. It was quick. I was in and out!
