ME on site was trying to tell me that I needed a sleep test even after my own doctor stated I didn’t. This affects what I do for a living. They just don’t care.
Staff members in this (Concentra) urgent care are very friendly and supportive. I didn’t have to wait a long to get the service. Everything was super quick . I suggest to go here and get service.
This place has made my wife wait over 4 hours and made her the last person to be seen for the day when she was told only 2-3 hours. If you can't provide the services dont offer them
