I go into this place about every 1 or 2 years to get my work boots replaced. I walk in, and the same lady every time asks, how am I. I say not to well cause my boots suck now! She laughs and asks what kind... I point to my feet, and she automatically knows everything she needs to know. 3 minutes later, I try them on and nervously walk to the counter, thinking about the price... nope! No need.
