Really wish I could write an upbeat review here. But I can't. They failed to deliver flooring on the date promised. And the late order was incomplete. Reordered the missing pieces...and missed the promise date again. Refused to take any responsibility for missing the dates, even though I had to pay my installation crew to stand around and wait for the better part of three days. Really poor customer experience all around. I'll be using a different supplier for future flooring projects.
