a little advice when choosing a community management company: do your own research. review their licenses on the real estate commission's website (MAJOR HINT). and be sure to read reviews of them. the reviews do not paint a pretty picture, with the exception of someone who says they work with them, and how if working solutions wasn't doing their job, then no one would complain. the fact is people give praise where it is due. if working solutions was doing their job, no one would complain. people would probably praise them. t... read more

I cannot say anything positive at all about Working Solutions. #1 they are extremely expensive and you do NOT get what you pay for #2 they do not look out for the people instead enforce many rules and a lot of fines to bully the community #3 Make very poor financial decisions #4 They have yearly tendencies to assess the property #5 They have a selfish interest in using their network of people to do the jobs for top dollar.

Scooter Boy – This review is BOGUS considering this LOSER is an evicted tenant complaining about something he caused by his own actions. This LOSER also keyed the maintenance girls car even though it wasn’t her that had him towed! The parking spot this guy claimed he only parked in a few hours is clearly marked for office staff only. Apparently, driving a scooter makes you ignorant and blind. The parking spot in question doesn’t have sun light, as he claims, and his scooter was given 5 warning stickers over a span of a month... read more

fat maintenance supervisor – My scooter was having problems starting yesterday in the parking garage at siena, so i moved it to a space where the sunlight could help me see what the problem was. i had to drive up buford hwy to get a part. when returning after paying $50 for a cab to get the part + $150 for the parts. My scooter was towed by the fat blonde maint. pig who makes out with her maintenance worker in the parking garage on her visits to the property. Usually there is a warning for the first offense. Thanks fatty.
