Nurses are great. Admin not so much!
After my tibia surgery three months ago, recovery felt very overwhelming. About a month and a half ago I started therapy with Angelitta Morency and she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and a great deal of experience. I was receiving care from this company for a year and I must say I truly miss their services! My nurse Carolina was exceptional!!! She was professional .. knowledgeable.. and her bedside manner was 6 stars!! I would still be with them except my insurance was switched to one they do. It accept .. sadly… I highly recommend their services they are top notch !
I have just initiated a relationship with this nursing facility, and right off the bat I am doubtful for a good outcome. The initial visit was from Amanda. She was soft spoken and documented what she came to achieve. She was supposed to schedule P.T and an aid to assist in bathing for my wife. When I tried to reach Amanda thru the company phone, they said that they would forward the message. Well, NOTHING HAPPENED. They would not provide me with her phone, nor did I get a response.
