Nurses are very good for the most,but reaching and speaking to a office personal is extremely difficult
Most of these reviews have to be fake. The absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Total incompetence. They taught me how to do my medical things over FaceTime because the woman didn’t want to come back. Showed up hours late if they even bothered to show up. Constantly sent notes to my doctor and pharmacist that I was difficult and refused treatment when they weren’t able to draw blood. Working Nurses is a WONDERFUL home care company! The physical therapists(Monique & Amy)are compassionate, caring & professional. Plus they are truly interested in their patients & have a nice sense of humor! The dedicated nurses(DeDe, Lidia, William & Joel) have carefully changed my bandages & taken my vitals. Due to construction, it was hard to find parking, but no one complained & everyone was on time & cheerful! I’d hire them again and would highly recommend them to family & friends!
Didi was an excellent nurse who helped me by taking vitals. She explained everything clearly. I trusted her and asked her to come back when needed. Felt secure with her treatment.
