I started the application process October 29th it is December 15th. I have done everything they have asked for. The application, CPR class, training and TB test. Yet it's like Everytime I do a step another one pops up. Almost 2 months in the "hiring process" they are just now asking for a resume... Like shouldn't that be one of the first steps? Someone ask Chaitali when does this end... I am not trying to be a caregiver for a random person I am trying to be a caregiver for my grandma.

Everyone was very nice and helpful through my on boarding process. There are always shifts available but they get picked up.quickly so you need to be attentive to the notifications. I honestly enjoy working for the company and my passion is helping others. I would reccomend to apply and try .
They owe me money, impossible to reach anyone for help, they never answer calls at this place, you can't let them know if you have a problem with a patient or if you need to take a day off, then they say you didn't notify them and they don't pay you, it's not fair, I don't recommend this agency, DO NOT WORK HERE.!!!
Extremely disappointed with how this company is being managed recently. Payroll is constantly delayed, and employees aren’t getting paid on time. This was never an issue before, but things changed after a major round of layoffs, including the longtime payroll manager who was always professional, caring, and reliable. Now it’s impossible to reach anyone for help. when you ask for a manager, they say there isn’t one. It’s sad to see how much the quality and accountability have declined.
