I'd give it -5 stars! Terrible communication. They NEVER pick up the calls ! Voice-mail are never given a call back . Never unprofessional

The company I wouldn’t recommend, they don’t pick up their calls & I don’t think management is great because of this. Don’t even bother calling their main line if you need help with caregiver concerns. But I really love Kae’C and she’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars, she is a great caregiver in my opinion. She helps my resident out a lot. She would go above and beyond for him & she has a nice connection with him. She is truly caring, reliable & attentive. I’m a full time college student who wanted a part time job. They were very inconsiderate of my school schedule and often would try to give me shifts that I could not accommodate for since I have stated several times my current class schedule. I was treated poorly not only by the company, but also by the families. I know that is out of control of the company, but I wish I was warned beforehand a dog was quite aggressive and was quite impossible to work inside the house and take care of the elderly.
