I am 54 yrs old and raising my granddaughter . I was living with my sister who was helping me by letting me and my granddaughter live with her. Well a couple months ago my dad became ill. I feel like I’m harassing employees just to get assistance. No response or call back. What is the way to get someone to respond and help you at this location? It’s been months and I’m still waiting. I called as requested in the response to my review and it didn’t help. They simple do not care. The companies they work with are flakey and unprofessional. Enjoy their New Locations in the Lake Jackson area. Much Nicer area than where it used to be in the Downtown LJ area. Have always treated me well. Whatever they make it is not enough. Those Cheap cheap cheap Lawmaker in Austin are Rather Crooked. So I have Heard,
2nd Edit: in the end, although I did have some issues with the speed and responsiveness of the service, I was able to get support for training and now ha e an excellent job that suits me. It can be a process but they were true to their word. Edit: Since leaving this message they have reached out to me and started me on their suite of services.
