Excellent service
Physical therapy staff is very helpful and always respectful, on the other hand the receptionist lacks professionalism and is quite rude; at least over the phone. The experience at this clinic has been mediocre at best.
Everyone is helpful patient and knowledgeable. My comfort level on my visits has been very good. All of the ladies have been very attentive in the front office and in the physical rehabilitation area. I would highly recommend.
I wish I could say good things about the help or the doctor that we saw once. I've asked him to call us back, and there have been no answers yet. Office manager hung up on me and has not offered a solution . As we went to do therapy, we basically went in blind no help other than us asking for help.
