Extremely long wait to schedule a physical for work. I waited over 30 minutes on hold and then gave up. I tried again the next morning and I was on hold more than 45 minutes before they answered. How can you serve customers with wait times like that?
Excellent employer with good benefits and very good pay. Very busy but very interesting job.
