The most dynamic, diverse group fitness around. I feel challenged there and love the likeminded folks who are savages when it comes to their workouts. I love the rotating strength, endurance, and hybrid focused months because the workouts are always changing--it keeps me on my toes. I was looking for a class oriented workout because the gym was too slow. This place is addicting.
WORK is such a great place to train. From the Coach's to the Programs they set up for you each day. There is such great energy and positivity, so much so that no matter what level of athlete you are at, you can't help but push yourself hard and get an amazing workout each and every time.

I joined WORK after my women’s gym closed and a few of the girls I used to work out with started coming here. I was pretty nervous about jumping into a new gym, but I knew I needed to change up my routine — and I had no idea WORK would be the perfect fit.
