Found this training studio on ClassPass while I was in pursuit of a new gym That offers HIIT classes. They offer plenty of classes throughout the day and start on the hour, which makes it convenient. Alyssa Is a trainer that I see for many of my classes and is very attentive and pushes you in the right ways. LOVE THIS PLACE!! Makes my old bootcamp gym seem it was in stone age! This is Bootcamp on steroids! The music keeps you pumped & moving. All the plans and equipment are out and ready for you to step into class & get started. Trainers are watching everyone closely, pushing us on microphone headset & helping each person with position, form & movement as needed.
