WORK is an incredible studio. From the moment you walk in there is a warm welcoming feel...before they destroy you! lol. Seriously the classes here really push you to your limit. They are very well designed and flow seamlessly from exercise to exercise. But even better than the exercises are the trainers. They are all excellent (extra shout out to Alyssa). I feel like I’ve found a new home here, something I’ve struggled to find at gyms In the area. The trainers are motivated, consistent, and professional and there’s always a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to every class I have here, wish I would’ve joined sooner !
