Everything about this gym is amazing; owners, coaches, facilities, you name it. Workouts change every single time, music is great, can’t think of anything negative. Definitely recommend to whoever what’s to get a workout in their busy schedule, but also have fun with it!
WORK STUDIO is a great place to work out! Alyssa is so helpful, and really encouraging! Love working out here. Workouts are challenging and make me feel so strong afterwards.
I love WORK! All the staff are incredibly friendly, and the coaches are full of energy and positivity. Their workouts are always fresh and motivating, with a great variety of stations that keep things exciting and challenging.
Truly one of the most enjoyable places to workout and meet new friends. The workouts are super fun and I made huge progress in the past few months. Huge shoutout to coach Olivia, Alyssa, Jennaca, and Anthony for all their coaching tips and keeping me motivated everyday.
