I started coming to WORK more consistently for the last few weeks and am loving it! All of the coaches are so supportive and the community is kind and welcoming. Shout out Coach Lyss for always checking in and modifying when we need it!
I tried out the WORK studio after the new year in search for a workout routine. I needed a push and this was definitely the place to begin with. Not only are the coaches amazing, but they created a community. As much as I love sleeping in, the early morning classes work better with my schedule. I always look forward to the workout and I leave feeling even more awake and accomplished. So, if you’re looking for a push, a strong, supportive community, and a great workout, I highly recommend trying out the WORK!
Great workout studio with fun and motivating group training classes! The coaches are very welcoming and always willing to help & encourage you throughout the workout. It’s a positive environment overall! Highly recommend!
I just started working out at WORK and it’s been great. The trainers not only demonstrate the work out but alternates if you cannot complete. Also they are great at correcting your form. I am excited to continue working out with this Studio.
This place is the real deal. Great, supportive coaches who actually correct form. A community of people doing the, pardon the pun, WORK, together. I wouldn’t be going as hard in my workouts without their pushing me. Glad I found this place, and will be sad if I had to move away some day. Highly recommended.
