I placed my bike in for a diagnosis and repair for two hours and all i was told was “we have given up on it, maybe a new carburettor would work” They didnt take apart the carburettor at all just took it out of the bike, looked at it and called it a day, im not sure what else they did in the two hours because nothing else was mentioned and it definitely doesnt take 2 hours to take a carburettor out and put back it. Big thanks to the team in service, I was kept up to date with all repairs and made sure I had a safe bike to leave on. Special thanks to Dave for making sure I understood what needed to happen and actively taking steps to get it done within the day. Well done team!!
