DO NOT GO HERE!! I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP AT THE FRONT DESK, THEY TOLD ME I WAS ALL SET THEN CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY CARD. I CALLED AND THEN TOLD ME I NEEDED TO CANCEL ONLINE SO I ASKED THEM TO DO SO WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND ONCE AGAIN DIDNT AND CHARGED ME AGAIN! NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO GO HERE!!!
Clean good equipment and fabulous trainers
THEY ARE THE WORST. They continuously charged me for physical training even after I cancelled my membership. I'm down $600+ and they aren't even considering a refund. I have been trying to get in touch with corporate, but they refuse to do so. Also, I posted this on a different Facebook page, not sure why they have two. But customer service responded to it and then deleted it. I have email records going back to 12/7/18 about trying to resolve my issue and still no corporate contact.
Wow is awesome. Julian,the man that works the night shift is AMAZING!!! He is the BEST. He is like ‘Mr Clean’. Everyone at night LOVES Julian!! He should be promoted to the ‘Night Manager’!!! 💪🏻😃

spin class with Matina is fabulous! great workout..feel so much better when I leave. Matina always makes sure you have a great workoutTuesday nights at 5.30 p.m.
So many amazing things about wow. The babysitting facility is so amazing and the girls that work in the childcare area are beyond kind and so great with the kiddos. The personal trainers are so helpful from getting a great workout or just getting some advice on eating, form, machines you name it. Cannot recommend this place enough.
