Never go to work out world. YOU CAN NOT CANCEL FROM THIS PLACE. It is a headache. The staff is rude and horrible. Even my bank told me everyone has a problem cancelling. I had to cancel my card to get them to stop charging it. I'd rather have my bill in collections then ever give them a dime. They suck!

I am so disappointed with the new location. Everything is cramped in close. If you are running on a treadmill be prepared to share sweat with a neighbor. They are literally side by side with no space in between. The women’s room is so small that I can’t imagine two or more women using the limited free weights at the same time. Speaking of free weights, WOW did not even purchase new weights. They still have the old, rusty or weights with no rubber left equipment that they had before.
