Everyone at this place is new and don’t explain things as other places. They book so many appointments at the same time that the doctors don’t have time to really hear you as they used to. This place become really bad and so many young inexperienced rude staffs. It is pure business and not a healthcare place anymore.
At first, I was very hopeful about seeing the NP at Stride because she seemed invested and motivated to help figure out my ongoing thyroid-related issues in-house rather than refer me to an endocrinologist. However, I was greatly disappointed.
