Clean professional at atmosphere .
Services/scheduling were okay. I'm really upset on their covid policy. Explain the logic on this one: my 8 yo son can't go back to OT (1 hr a week) unless he gets a negative covid test (which is child abuse IMO for a special needs kid to do again), yet he has been medically safe to be in school for over a week now (16 hrs a week) and even has a dentist visit tomorrow (which way more invasive than OT). I am not sure what the last lady meant by unlcean and unkept because everytime I have taken my daughter to this clinic and the one in Glendale it is amazingly well maintained, clean and kid friendly. The staff couldn't be more helpful. We have been to several other clinics in the valley and they want to do 1/2 hour sessions with multiple children in the room and progress was never made.
