We built a new home in 2017 using John Bowen Construction. He used Word of Mouth roofing to install the roof. Last fall we noticed the roof shingles near the gutter were buckling. We contacted an inspector who told us the drip edges were not nailed down properly. We contacted the builder who told us basically we were out of luck because it wasn't under warranty anymore. DO NOT HIRE THEM! After the big storm that hit a few months ago, I called them to fix the roof on my rental property. I live out of town and drove in to see the damage for myself. I had called Troy (the owner of WoMR) right after I got off the phone with my property management team to get an estimate. He said he would go out there and weather proof the property that same day we spoke.
