Word of Mouth is the place to go when you are seeking seriously PROFESSIONAL detailing service. Joe is excellent at communicating and is straight up with what to expect and the amount of work it will require to accomplish it. Without a doubt the most thorough and professional detailing service I have ever dealt with - I was blown away with the results.
I will say owner is very honest, he clearly said "I don't want ppf, He Actually told us "you are better off just to DRIVE YOUR CAR AND GET CHIPS IN IT!!!" he also says he does NOT wrap edges or corners- so that should tell you what you will be getting. It is not different the precut, which is Odd because he has an Xpel plotter that can provide wrap around and look seamless. Maybe he just didn't want to do it, or spend the time. I initially had some concerns about the work performed on my Corvette, but after communicating with them, they listened to my concerns and took care of the situation. I really appreciate a business that stands behind its work and WORD and is willing to work with the customer when there is an issue. I dropped off a 2019 Ford Escape at 8:15am this morning. This vehicle has hard a suprisingly hard life. Routine visits to dusty construction sites, hauling last minute additions for projects, and far too many lunchs eaten on the go. The vehicle showed every ounce of the wear and tear I'd put it through. At 4:45pm, the vehicle I picked up looked like it did the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. I have nothing but praise for this company and it's employees.
I will say owner is very honest, he clearly said "I dont want ppf., better just drive your car and get chips in it." This place does dealer installs where you see ALOT of edges, the example he showed every edge was cut short and rounded, which is fine if you want cheap dealer ppf. but not for that price, you're almost better off buying precut film and doing it yourself.
