I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Word of Mouth! Upon entering, you're greeted by a warm, clean environment with a serene ambience. They're incredibly timely and efficient all the while ensuring that you don't feel rushed. Reception/front desk was always responsive, kind, and transparent; my hygienist Jenna had the most pleasant bedside manner and went beyond just doing a dental cleaning; and Dr. Newman always has a way of putting you at ease. Probably the best dentist office I been too in NYC. Everyone here from the receptionist, hygienist, and dentist is courteous and empathetic. They get you in and out.
Extremely clean practice with friendly staff and great attention to detail. Jenna provided a painless, yet thorough cleaning (my first ultrasonic... good riddance hand scaling), and Doctor Newman had me laughing the entire time. They took care of me from start to finish. Shoutout Jade for working with my schedule. Just relocated from CA and this will be my go to dentist from now on. Breath of fresh air.
I've been seeing Dr. Newman for over 4 years now, and he's the best and most ethical dentist I've come across. I even switched over from his previous practice to Word of Mouth to continue to see him. Highly recommend.
