We are a dealer since 2008 for NEW Venture Aluminum Boat Trailers of Baltimore [we've sold over 400 tandems and triples), NEW Tuff trailers from Bellingham, and New Kokopelli Trailers from Phoenix. Venture is the largest trailer manufacturer in the US and has 600 dealers in the east, but we are their only long term dealer west of Chicago. Caveat Emptor .. be ware of what you buy. Suggest you take trailer to a reputable trailer repair shop and have a safety check performed on trailer .. tightening every bolt and nut since apparently the factory doesn’t have an adequate inspection process
I bought a tandem axle aluminum trailer from Word Boats that I've used for two seasons now to haul my MacGregor 26X sail boat. The trailer has performed flawlessly and still looks great. No signs of corrosion even though its been used to launch in saltwater. The brakes work great and it tows very well, nice and stable. It's been a great trailer.
Worst trailer ever!!!nothing but problems with all the hardware coming loose including an axle coming off !!
This man is a certified CROOK! He peddles his junk used trailers on the internet to trusting buyers who reply on his self purported expertise. He sold me a trailer that was unsafe to be on the road. The tires are checked so bad they could go flat at anytime. I supplied Sandy Williamson with the specs on my boat and he assured me his trailer would work with only minor modifications.
